Refund Policy

Compliance Consulting

Fees for completed compliance gap assessments, policy development, and advisory sessions are non-refundable once the deliverable has been provided to the client.

Penetration Testing / VAPT

Once testing has commenced, fees are non-refundable. If Techrevolvers is unable to complete the agreed scope due to our own error, a pro-rated refund or re-test at no charge will be offered.

Security Training

Training sessions cancelled by the client more than 7 days before the scheduled date: full refund. Cancellations within 7 days: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund.

Retainer Agreements

Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Unused retainer hours do not roll over. Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; the final month's fee is non-refundable.

Discovery & Planning

Discovery fees (research, architecture, wireframing) are non-refundable once the discovery report has been delivered.

Development Milestones

Payment made against an approved milestone is non-refundable. If the client cancels after a milestone has been approved and paid, work completed to that point is retained and future milestone payments are waived.

SEO & GEO Retainers

SEO and GEO work involves ongoing investment in content, links, and AI-engine signals. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. Results depend on factors outside our control (search algorithm changes, market conditions); we do not guarantee specific rankings.

Website Launch

Once a website has been deployed to production and the client has signed off, no refunds are available.

Management Fees

Monthly management fees cover campaign strategy, setup, monitoring, and optimisation. These fees are non-refundable once the month of service has begun.

Ad Spend

Ad spend is paid directly to Google, Meta, or other platforms by the client or via Techrevolvers on the client's behalf. Ad spend is governed by those platforms' own refund policies. Techrevolvers does not control or hold ad spend funds.

Campaign Setup Fees

One-time setup fees for account creation, pixel installation, and initial campaign build are non-refundable once setup is complete.

Performance Guarantees

We do not offer guaranteed performance-based refunds. Digital advertising results vary based on market conditions, budget, audience, and platform dynamics outside our control.

Network Design & Planning

Fees for network design documents, topology planning, and pre-implementation consultation are non-refundable once the design has been delivered.

Hardware & Licensing

Hardware procurement and software licences (Palo Alto, Cisco) are non-refundable once ordered, as these are subject to vendor terms. Techrevolvers will assist with vendor return requests where applicable.

Implementation Services

Implementation fees are billed on completion of each phase. Completed phases are non-refundable. If implementation cannot be completed due to Techrevolvers' fault, a pro-rated refund or complimentary re-implementation will be offered.

Paid Consultations

Paid consultation sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance: full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% refund. No-shows: no refund.

Project Scoping

Paid scoping engagements resulting in a formal proposal are non-refundable once the proposal has been delivered.
